This gas station is located in a small cottage town Northeast of Toronto with many nearby homes, businesses, and tourists. It is located in the city centre and benefits from local and pass through traffic.

 

The market in this area was competitive, with three competing gas station sites within 5 KM.

 

The owner purchased this site with the intention of converting it to Esso. With the help from Global Fuels this project was completed in a timely manner with limited down time.

 

Scope of work:

  • Renovated the convenience store

  • Installed new fuel pumps which offers Synergy fuel

  • Replaced the canopy with the new Esso design

  • Installed a new road sign and outdoor lighting


 

Key Improvement

 

Through the Esso Fleet cards and PC Optimum loyalty program the owner is benefitting from the large Esso customer base.
